Travelled with my wife, overall the hotel was lovely small and special. I got good-sized room with private terrace, a bathroom, as for instance. The airport was 25 km away from here, good location. Also, the area was coastal. I thoroughly enjoyed being in this property...

Our stay at the chateau was worth every penny! The room was spacious with stunning views and a shower that overlooked the valley. The location in the heart of the vineyard was perfect, and the staff treated us with excellent hospitality.
Hotel breakfast could have been improved with more variety and options.

This hotel is perfectly situated on top of a hill, surrounded by vineyards, providing breathtaking views from the rooms. The large windows allow you to fully enjoy the picturesque scenery while sipping on your morning coffee. The staff, including the exquisite butler, goes above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay.

Staying amongst the vines of Chateauneuf du Pape was idyllic
Unfortunately we chose it as it is supposed to be a quiet place (relais du silence) and it was far from that : families with children were quite loud and disturbing probably because it is not a great place for children to stay either : not a child friendly pool and no child friendly menu.

The hotel is situated on top of a hill, offering stunning views of the surrounding vineyards. The rooms are spacious and some even have a fireplace, creating a cozy atmosphere. The staff is hospitable and the owner personally takes care of the guests, adding a personal touch to the experience. Guests can enjoy a delicious dinner with a variety of tasty dishes, such as smoked salmon cannelloni and sole. For lunch, there are also options like ravioli and chicken.
The breakfast offered at the hotel is expensive and does not include eggs.

The location is fantastic, you have views of countryside fror miles, in every direction. You can see the Palace of the Papes in Avignon on a clear day. It is a 25 minute walk into Chateau-neuf-du-pape, which is a quaint town with vineries everywhere for wine tasting. Superb dining area outside with a great view. The gourmet meal was good not great, its was expensive for what you got but the outdoor setting made the evening.
This was the first time I had stayed in a Chateau, and the experience was good, not great. Maybe my expectations were too high, as I was hoping this to be the highlight of my vacation. I had pre-arranged with them to give me a tour of the wine area but when I got there, they had no guide and gave me a map of the town and where to go tasting on my own. Their also seemed to be miscommunication between the staff, that was my personal experience. Other staff seemed to be very helpful. The pictures shown for the chateau were distorted,as the rooms were much smaller that what I had envisaged for the hotel site on Booked.net. Depending on your pocket, I would think you could get better value elsewhere.

Spent an amazing Christmas time in a wonderful hotel surrounded by vineyards. Loved the fantastic views surrounding the hotel and the location was perfect for visiting local wineries. Staff were superb, very helpful and friendly. We were offered complimentary Champagne and a selection of local chocolates in our room upon arrival. the indoor pool was a great advantage as well as the comfortable and cozy rooms with fireplaces.
The breakfast was not included in the price, and we found it to be overpriced.
